KUMC Programs
Women’s Circle
The Women’s Circle at Kilmarnock United Methodist Church is a group of women who are Christ-centered and mission oriented. We seek to provide opportunities for significant and deepening relationships with each other and with our community as well as to be challenged and guided into a deeper walk with Christ.
United Methodist Men
The KUMM group unites men to honor Jesus Christ, encouraging them to make promises that last a lifetime for their families, to one and another, and to serve our church and community.
Children and Family Programs
The Children’s Ministry at Kilmarnock United Methodist Church strives to instill Christian values in the next generation of believers. Parents are encouraged to join our Family Ministries group and class.
Sunday School & Education
KUMC Sunday School is for all God’s children… of all ages! Join an adult class: Explorers, Seekers, or Family Ministries Class. Sunday School for children is broken into age-appropriate classes and Nursery is available from 9:30am - noon on Sundays.
Choir & Music
Our KUMC Choir has blessed our church with spirit-filled music, hymns, and anthems. The Rappahannock River Ringers handbell choir is an ecumenical group, with members from other churches/denominations. Our KUMC family is full of many musical talents!
The Outreach Committee
We provide Christian fellowship with visitors and church members through various committee activities and church-wide events.
Prayer Group
KUMC Prayer Group meets Monday mornings to pray for and about our church's concerns received during the preceding week, prayer requests submitted on Sunday mornings, and prayer requests received through our website.
Small Groups
Small groups are a great way to grow your faith, connect with others in faith, and we encourage everyone to be a part of a small group. All of our groups are open to new members.
LifeLines
During our hour together, we’ll study only a few LifeLines of scripture, comparing translations and delving deeper into understanding God’s Word. Scripture is a LifeLine! Let’s grasp it together!
