Super Summer Sunday Sing

Sun, songs, and summer fun are all on the schedule as Kilmarnock United Methodist Church invites the community to its Super Summer Sunday Sing, happening Sunday, June 29 on the church lawn.

This joyful outdoor gathering begins with an informal, beach-themed worship service at 11:00am. As part of KUMC’s special 5th Sunday tradition, the service will be centered around music, including a lively hymn sing. Vote for your favorite hymns below so we can include your picks in the program.

After worship, the celebration continues with a cookout picnic lunch at 12:30pm featuring burgers and hot dogs for sale, with proceeds supporting the United Methodist Men’s mission work.

Then at 1:30pm, the music begins! Enjoy uplifting performances by Alabaster Grace, the KUMC Ladies Trio, Galilee UMC’s Young Adult Choir, and other special guests. Plus, there will be games and activities for kids, like face painting, so bring the whole family!

Everyone is welcome! Just bring a lawn chair or blanket, wear your flip-flops if you like, and join us for a day of praise music, community, and relaxed summer vibes.
