How We Serve

At Kilmarnock United Methodist Church, we look for opportunities to participate in what’s going on in church.

• We pay attention to the little things that need to be done and offer to help.

• We offer to help with meals for others.

• We serve as ushers and greeters during worship services.

• Men participate in service through the United Methodist Men.

• Women enjoy serving through the Women’s Circle.

• We agree to help when the secretary is out of the office.

• We deliver alter flowers to the sick or homebound.

• We help prepare church mailings.

• We help with Vacation Bible School.

• We use our talents to serve in leadership positions, to help with Altar Guild as a Communication Steward, with adult or children’s Sunday School, and on committees that further the work of God’s Kingdom.
