Next Gen and Outreach Coordinator
Kilmarnock United Methodist Church is seeking a creative, relationship-oriented leader to help strengthen both our Next Generation ministries and our community outreach efforts. This part-time position combines ministry with children, youth, young adults, and families alongside church communications, social media management, marketing, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people connect with God and one another while also sharing the story and mission of KUMC through effective communication and outreach. Responsibilities include coordinating programs and events, supporting volunteers, building relationships with families, managing digital and print communications, promoting church activities, and helping create welcoming pathways into the life of the church.

Facilities Maintenance & Building Care Coordinator
Kilmarnock United Methodist Church is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to help care for our buildings and grounds. This part-time position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning environment for worship, ministry programs, community events, and daily church operations.
Responsibilities include facility maintenance, building security checks, event setup and support, minor repairs, grounds upkeep, supply management, and ensuring church spaces are clean, organized, and ready for use. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and experienced in general building maintenance and repair.
